My rating is actually for 2.5 stars, since I have received only half my order, which I am pleased with. The other half of my order was placed at the same time (over 7 weeks ago), and I still have not received it. I understand that backorders happen, but you have had the item back in for a week and a half and have still not printed it as of this morning. The team's season ends in 2 days and my son would have liked to wear his shirt at least once during the season (particularly on school spirit day which is tomorrow). I would have substituted a different item if given the opportunity. I was also told last Friday that the item would be printed this Monday (2 days ago), and it never was, hence my negative review.
I coached a modified volleyball team and we went through wicked smart for our gear. We were told it would be ready the week of the 20th which was a Friday. After waiting for about a month for our apparel, the 20th came and went and we did not receive it until the following Thursday. The customer service is more than horrible. One of my girls did not receive her order and when I emailed them to let them know, they told me it was my fault and it was on me to figure it out. I told them to order another one and I was given nothing but a hard time. We dealt with sarah and she kept giving me the run around about EVERYTHING. She told me she would no longer deal wtith me but would be in contact with the parent of the player from now on. I had asked her to send me an invoice so I could pay for the new sweatshirt and I also asked her to embroider the girls name on it since she had to wait so long. I will never use them again. Absolutely horrible company.
