Fairly poor medical supply company. They never answer the phone, take days to answer messages, have a limited array of choices for products for their clients, etc. Constantly was hounded by computer messages but I could never get an actual medical professional on the phone. Didn't try to help with problem I was having with equipment. Also, they made sure to delay my medical equipment rental pickup long enough to charge for another month. Very poor all around.
Watervliet Pharmacy and Hometown Healthcare is the same company. A lot of times people confuse it with Hometown Health Center in Schenectady, NY. Hometown Healthcare (Watervliet Pharmacy) is not associated with Hometown Health Center.

DME side of the business has relocated to 26 Corporate Dr. Clifton Park, NY. Pharmacy is still in the same location. Pharmacy Hours (Prescriptions and over-the-counter medications) are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM
In my experience, hometown healthcare really stands out from all the other dme company . they have the best customer service every time i call. there always improving their supplies which gives the best sleep. i would definitely send anyone i know to them . because they treat you like family.
