I was attempting to rent a house advertised on Craigslist. After submitting an application and twice the required deposit I was told there was another application and a decision had to be made. Fast forward two weeks later, days before the move in date and four phone calls later and they say 'sorry we chose the other one'. Bad management practices here. My experience was horrible.
I moved into my apartment in June 2016. I love it! The maintenance and office staff have always been friendly and receptive to any and all of my questions or concerns. Any issues with my apartment have been dealt with extremely quickly. Im very impressed (and Im not easily impressed). Maintenance has gone above and beyond to make sure me and my son have a safe and suitable home. I can't say enough about the positive experience I've had as their tenant.
